Calendar
There are two end of semester examination sessions each academic year: one in winter and one in summer.
The Registrar’s Office organises the examinations for courses which have an end of semester exam (rather than continuous assessment). It determines when the exams will take place.
Being present during exams
The lecturer responsible for the course is also responsible for supervising tests (see Art. 13 of the Ordinance on evaluation of Ba and Ma courses). Therefore it is advisable to keep the whole of the exam period free until the exam timetable has been finalised.
For more information on issues regarding the exam schedule, you can visit SAC.
Scheduling oral exams
One of the roles of a class representative is to draw up the schedule for oral exams for your class. They are granted specific access rights to IS-Academia in order to allow them to do so.
