The EPFL Services Day will be held beneath the arches of the Rolex Learning Center on 22 September 2026 from noon to 1.30pm!
Meet EPFL services and discover the support and resources available to students and PhD students, designed to help you make the most of your studies in the best possible conditions!
Throughout the day, the services will share the space with EPFL student associations as part of Associations Week. It’s a great opportunity to discover the EPFL environment; we look forward to meeting you there!

Trust and Support Network
Information about the Network
The Trust and Support Network (TSN) listens, orients and supports EPFL members in complete confidentiality. It brings together internal and external instances of EPFL with a mandate to provide initial assistance in situations of harassment, discrimination and other psychosocial risks.

“Administrative support” Help desk
Are you a student with a question, a problem, or a need for support? We can help you with administrative procedures, : housing, employment, insurance, residence permits, and financial matters. Financial aid is available for students facing financial difficulties.
Doctoral School
The Doctoral School (EDOC) is EPFL’s central hub for doctoral training, bringing together all 22 doctoral programs under one roof. It provides resources for PhD candidates, offers transversal skills training and complementary development opportunities, and fosters a vibrant doctoral community.

The Respect Compliance Office (RCO) can be contacted by any person who feels that his or her physical or mental health and/or personal integrity have been affected by acts such as sexual harassment, mobbing, discrimination, violence, etc. in the workplace or at school
Culture, sport and events
Service Sport Santé UNIL+EPFL
To promote the development of sport for all, the Service Sport Santé UNIL+EPFL is dedicated to getting the Lausanne Campus moving, by offering no less than 130 physical and sporting activities. Welcome at the Dorigny Sports Center!
Arts and Culture
Discover the campus’s wide range of cultural offerings: exhibitions, concerts, projections, free tickets to be won every day, grants for artistic projects, participation in Lausanne’s Museum Night… This year, the festival’s booth will feature Les Culturelles, Archizoom, the Musée Bolo, and the Lausanne Chamber Orchestra.
