Gère le droit d’Attribution des rôles. Celui-ci est la clé de voûte du système de délégation puisqu’il permet de contrôler tout ce qui se fait dans une unité. Le Responsable d’unité peut, s’il le souhaite, déléguer son droit d’Attribution des rôles à toute personne de confiance. Attention, ce rôle est affecté dans l’application de gestion des unités (et pas dans Accred, comme c’est le cas pour les autres rôles).
