- Four 8-seat conference rooms that can be combined to form two 14-seat rooms

- Rooms can be reserved free of charge for EPFL events. Rental fees for non-EPFL clients are set by Novae.

- A restaurant is open from Monday to lunchtime on Friday. Reservation required.
- The restaurant can be reserved exclusively for meeting participants.

Terraces
The “small” terraces in the CM, CE, GC, MA and ME buildings can accommodate up to 20 people, regardless of how big the terrace is.
Hallways
- Food and drinks can be served in the hallways of the CE and CM buildings after 5pm, over the weekend and during school breaks.
- During the day, food and drinks can only be served in the area surrounding the multipurpose room (Salle Polyvalente), with a maximum of 150 people
