Site: Measurements of TCP Long-Run Behavior
The project goal is to setup infrastracture for both Internet measurements and measurements on a laboratory testbed. The aim of the measurements is to empirically validate how well, and if at all, some known TCP loss-throughput formulas estimate TCP time-average send rate.
