After the ceremony
The Coaching team stays with you until your section’s welcome!
Do not worry about paying your first meal on campus. EPFL is offering a meal voucher worth 10 Swiss francs, which will be loaded directly onto your Camipro card (student card).
- There is no need to validate your card at a Camipro Infoterminal for this.
- This amount will only be visible at the cash registers and won’t appear on the EPFL Campus application or the MyCamipro website.
- You can use this voucher at all eateries on campus that accept Camipro payments (self-service areas, restaurants, food trucks).
- This voucher is valid from 4 September to 4 October 2026.
Don’t forget to bring your Camipro card and validate your FRAC!

Welcome Party
After the section welcome sessions, from 5pm to 10pm, the Coaching team invites all new arrivals at EPFL to the Rolex Learning Center for the Welcome Party! CMS, bachelor, master, exchange and HES gateways students, you are all warmly welcome for activities, a musical stage, a meal, and, above all, sharing!
