McCall MacBain Leadership Development Program

As part of the Bachelor excellence fellowships, EPFL offers the recipients a unique opportunity in leadership and other transversal skills trainings throughout the 3-year bachelor study at EPFL

Students building a better tomorrow

With the support from McCall MacBain Foundation, EPFL has launched this leadership development program in order to create a community of engaged and responsible individuals with leadership competencies that can have a positive impact on society. This vision ties closely to EPFL’s aspiration to inspire and guide future generations of responsible leaders to develop tangible solutions to shape a better world.

The aim of the McCall MacBain leadership development program, offered to all Bachelor excellence fellowships recipients, is to foster the young potentials to make significant contributions to the society, making sure we cultivate them with the right tools and mindset during their time at EPFL.

Throughout the three years, students are invited to join workshops as well as networking opportunities to meet different professional profiles.
