Access the login page
Go to the login page of any EPFL web service.
Request a reset
“I forgot my password”
Log in
You will be asked to:
- Enter your user ID (the one you usually use to log in)
- complete a verification captcha.
Choose an alternative way to log in to reset your password
Depending on the password strength strategies you have implemented, you will be prompted to choose a solution from among
- Use your recovery email address
- Phone call
- Use a code or notification on your authentication app
