Lead the team in a collaborative and dynamic manner taking into consideration everyone’s ideas and views. The president, as well as vice-president, are elected democratically every year based on the majority of votes.
Treasury
Handles all the finances like tracking the expenses and releasing the funds
Outreach and Communications
Handles all the E-mail, Facebook page/group, and communications, and maintains the database of contacts/registrations. Marketing-related activities for the events should be handled as well.
Logistics and Inventory
Handles the website maintenance, and hall bookings for the events and facilitates all the logistics needed for the organization.
Design and Content
Handles the content to be published, including posters and graphics, on our various social media platforms.
Cultural and events
Handles the overall organization of performances and reaching out to artists.
