Well-being and Inclusion (WINC)

The Well-being and Inclusion department (VPH-WINC) strives to create an inclusive and respectful study and work environment that promotes equal opportunities, and supports the mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing where all individuals can thrive —personally, professionally, and collectively.

Various programs and initiatives contribute to a healthy and stimulating atmosphere. By working closely with our partners, the WINC department proactively prevents and addresses conflicts and harassment, ensuring a safe and supportive space for all.
