Designed to support growth, resilience and leadership, the Leadership and Development department (LDEV) helps you to strengthen and develop your personal and professional competencies and skills.
Through the programs and support of the KeepLearning Team, the Employability and Development Center and the Language Center, individuals and teams are empowered to unlock their full potential.
The LDEV department also supports vocational education and training (VET), with over 100 apprentices being trained at EPFL in various scientific, technical, and administrative professions.

The Language Center offers you modular courses tailored to the specific needs of EPFL community members, using modern teaching methods. You will find that several languages are available.
