Uninstalling V5 R20

The following steps describes how to uninstall CATIA V5 R18:

  1. You should be logged as Administrator
  2. Click Start > Control Panel > Program and Features(view by Small icons) or Uninstall a program (View by Category) > Click on Catia V5 R18/Catia V5 R15 to select it > Uninstall > OK to complete uninstallation
  3. Click Start > Control Panel > Program and Features(view by Small icons) or Uninstall a program (View by Category) > Click on Dassault Systeme Software Prerequisite to select it > Uninstall > OK to complete uninstallation (ONLY for version R18)
  4. Delete the folder C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes
  5. Delete the folder C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\LUM
  6. Delete all the program icons on the Desktop C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Bureau and C:\Users\Public\Desktop
  7. Restart your workstation
