Among the users of the Structural Engineering Platform, many are students. Firstly, we have the PhD students; in 2019, 28 of them out of a total of 44 in the seven laboratories, had a significant experimental part in their research. Secondly, also important and with increasing interest, the platform is used for teaching. We have now over 60 students per year learning to do research in structural engineering where an experimental part is present, as can be seen in the graph below. A majority of them are linked with PhD works, but not all. There are Master-level semester projects called GC laboratories, Master with experiments projects (PDM) from our school, and visiting scholars and masters Erasmus (Interns with experiments).
