GECF short-reads sequencing offering includes Illumina instruments (NovaSeq 6000, MiSeq i100) and an aviti24 from Element Biosciences. We can sequence all types of projects, and prepare libraries for most types of projects (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, WGS, WES, HiC, 16S, metagenomics…). Our price list, including a non-exhaustive panel of our library prep and sequencing services, is available here (inquire for missing services).
