GEOME

The Geospatial Molecular Epidemiology (GEOME) group uses Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial analysis to investigate genetic or health data in the fields of population genomics and population health. In population genomics, GEOME actively participates in the development of the fields of landscape and seascape genomics. In population health, GEOME’s research focuses on the geographic dimension of health determinants, and health inequalities in particular.
