Temporary housing at les Estudiantines
Bookings are handled by the EPFL housing office through the online booking form.
Bookings reserved in priority to the EPFL population. Other requests are processed on a case-by-case basis.

Check-in / check-out and payments are made at the reception of the Swiss Tech Hotel, located at the north of EPFL campus. The STH hotel entrance is in front of the line 1 metro stop “EPFL” (M1).
The Swiss Tech Hotel reception desk is open 6:30 am – 8:30 pm from Monday to Friday and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on week-end. It will not be possible to check-in beyond this schedule.
Check-in: Monday from 4pm
Check-out : Monday before 10am
In case of loss of the room badge CHF 100.- will be charged, and CHF 25.- for the access card.
Rooms are located at the south of EPFL campus, on 1st floor at Les Estudiantines residence.

To access your room, you must first activate your key at the activation terminal located in Building 39, Entrance A.

Total booking amount to be paid at arrival and by credit card only (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners, JCB, Union Pay, V Pay)
Any cancellation with more than 2 weeks notice prior the arrival date will not be charged.
Any cancellation with less than 2 weeks notice prior the arrival date will be charged CHF 200.-
In case of cancellation during the stay, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
By making a reservation, the renter agrees to respect the furniture and equipments made available, as well as the other inhabitants of the Estudiantines and confirms having read and accepted the House Rules

Furnished individual rooms (≈ 15m2) with private bathroom with shower and toilets

1 single bed, 1 desk, 2 cupboards, 1 shelf
Bedding:
Duvet, pillow, sheets, towels
Kitchen:
Shared kitchen on the floor, with stove and oven, 2 fridges. Crockery not included but many utensils left to the goodwill of previous tenants

Internet:
Ethernet cable in each room for internet access (credentials provided upon reservation).

Laundry room available in the building basement
