General information on the housing at les Estudiantines
The EPFL housing office offers 7 fully equipped individual rooms (rooms for single use only), located next to the EPFL campus and available to rent on a weekly basis.
Bookings are reserved in priority to the EPFL population. Other requests are processed on a case-by-case basis.

- From Monday to Monday only (In the event of arrival after the start of the stay or departure before the end of the stay, the rental fee remains unchanged)
- 1 week minimum
- 4 weeks maximum
- Consecutive bookings are not accepted
Our online availability calendar is regularly updated and reflects the rooms currently available.
To enable us to process requests efficiently, we will only respond to requests for dates marked as available on the online calendar.
Requests for periods that are no longer available will automatically be placed on a waiting list. If new availability becomes available for the requested dates, we will contact the individuals concerned.
We therefore ask that you carefully review the online availability calendar below before submitting your request. (Please note that the online request form in English is currently unavailable. Please submit your request on our page in French, or write to us at [email protected] )

Check-in / check-out and payments are made at the reception of the Swiss Tech Hotel, located at the north of EPFL campus. The STH hotel entrance is in front of the line 1 metro stop “EPFL” (M1).
The Swiss Tech Hotel reception desk is open 6:30 am – 8:30 pm from Monday to Friday and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on week-end. It will not be possible to check-in beyond this schedule.

- Check-out : Monday before 10am
In case of loss of the room badge CHF 100.- will be charged, and CHF 25.- for the access card.
Rooms are located at the south of EPFL campus, on 1st floor at Les Estudiantines residence.

To access your room, you must first activate your key at the activation terminal located in Building 39, Entrance A.

Total booking amount to be paid at arrival and by credit card only (Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Diners, JCB, Union Pay, V Pay)
In case of cancellation with less than 2 weeks’ notice prior to the arrival date, we will ask you for a credit card number for the payment of the CHF 200.- cancellation fees.
In case a of cancellation during the stay, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
By making a reservation, the renter agrees to respect the furniture and equipments made available, as well as the other inhabitants of the Estudiantines and confirms having read and accepted the House rules
