You can obtain access cards and keys from Mediacom Events one business day before your event, and you must return them on the first business day following the event.
Opening Hours and Location
Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The reception is located at the Rolex Learning Center (RLC C1 440).

Guest Camipro card access
Guest Camipro cards let participants enter EPFL buildings and rooms that are otherwise closed to the public.
Activation keys
Activation keys are needed to:
- open the beige lock box containing the remote control for the projector and clip microphones (if available). This box is usually located next to the chalkboards.
- turn on the room lighting and, where applicable, the ventilation system.

Conditions for borrowing cards and keys
You will need to show your ID or Camipro card. The person who borrows the cards and keys will be responsible for them until they are returned.
If the cards and keys are not returned on time, the guest Camipro card will be blocked for security reasons and the activation keys will be considered lost. The person who borrowed them will have to pay a replacement fee, even if they are returned at a later date.
Replacement fees
Guest Camipro card: CHF 25.00
Lighting key: CHF 50.00
Lock box key: CHF 25.00
Cards and keys can only be borrowed for short periods of time; long-term use is not allowed.
