Cytek Aurora is the full-spectrum analyzer from Cytek Biosciences. Both our instruments have a 5-laser configuration consisting of a UV (355 nm), violet (405 nm), blue (488 nm), yellow-green (561 nm), and red (640 nm) laser. It has 2 scatter channels and 64 fluorescent detectors (16 UV, 16 violet, 14 blue, 10 yellow-green, and 8 red channels). Instruments are characterized by an in-line flow meter, which makes them suitable for bead-less absolute count and clog/bubble detection.
One of the two Cytek Aurora in our facility is equipped with an ESP module for small particle detection, and with an automated sample loader, for automated acquisitions from 96 well plates, deep-well plates and a 40 tubes rack for regular 5 ml FACS tubes.
