The research activities at Q-lab cover a broad range of Integrated Transducers and Photonic Micro- and Nanosystems, including Diamond Photonic Integrated Circuits, Diamond Micro- and Nanofabrication Processes, Integration of Silicon Photonics with MEMS, Optical MEMS, Nano-Opto-Electromechancial Systems (NOEMS) and Optical Switches.
