Biography

Since 2014, I am a doctoral assistant at EPFL, supervised by Prof. Volkan Cevher and cosupervised by Prof. Jarvis Haupt. I received my B.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Novi Sad and M.S. degree in computer science from ETH Zurich. Ilija was a PhD student at LIONS from September 2014 to December 2018. His PhD theses entitled Robust Adaptive Decision Making: Bayesian Optimization and Beyond was supervised by Professor Cevher and co-advised by Professor Haupt (University of Minnesota).
