RECIFS
RECIFS (Reef Environment Centralized InFormation System) is a web-interface that provides access to environmental data describing the reef environment worldwide. The data displayed in RECIFS come from publicly databases and are available in complete open access.
Samβada
Samβada is an integrated software for landscape genomic analysis of large datasets. The key features are the study of local adaptation in relationship with environment and the measure of spatial autocorrelation in environmental and molecular datasets.
Exposome
Exposome Web-map is a Web-GIS interface that provides information about an individual’s living environment. To achieve this, every inhabited hectare in Switzerland was characterized by several criteria, allowing us to assess the population’s exposure to various components of their living environment within that hectare.
