Below is an excel sheet with the data obtained with larval tracheal samples collected after natural infection of wild-type and Relish third instar larvae with Ecc15. The data are in fold induction, all replicates are averaged, and the values are corrected to unchallenged condition of the wild-type. This file can be saved on your computer and opened with Excel or an equivalent spreadsheet.
