This is the web supplement to Brun et al Genes to Cells (2006). Total RNA samples from wild-type (Oregon R) and Mekk1 adult flies, collected after septic injury with a mixture of E. coli and Micrococcus luteus were hybridized to Affymetrix DrosGenome1 GeneChips. Changes in relative transcript levels were measured 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h after septic injury. Each time series was performed in duplicate for challenged and quadruplet for unchallenged flies.
The data are in fold induction, all replicates are averaged, and the values are corrected to unchallenged condition of the same time point. This file can be saved on your computer and opened with Excel or an equivalent spreadsheet.
