Ari Monbaron

Short Biography

I am a systems administrator with 5 years of experience across different companies and fields, currently specializing in Linux.

I hold a CFC in IT, with training focused mainly on Windows environments.
After that I earned the certificate from Ecole 42, where I learned primarily C, C++ and JS.
I have a foundation that goes from everyday infrastructure down to the low-level side of hardware and software.

My main interests are hardware and low-level programming, but above all I like working on concrete projects – the kind with a real and visible application, where a genuine need turns into something that actually help people and gets used.

I am open-minded, curious, always glad to learn something new, and happy to work at EPFL for DISAL.
