May 2026
Concrete walls completed
All concrete walls of the building have now been completed. This marks the end of the main concrete structural works, including the raft foundation, walls and slabs.
Installation of beams and slab for the future Esplanade plaza
Starting on 7 May, work will focus on the installation of large prestressed concrete beams and on the slab that will form the future Esplanade plaza above the lecture halls.
June 2026
Completion of the future Esplanade plaza
The slab covering the lecture halls will also form the future Esplanade plaza. Completion is scheduled for the end of June.
Completion of the structural works
The structural phase of the project is expected to be completed by the end of June 2026, marking a major milestone in the construction of the building.
Start of masonry works
The first masonry works will begin in June.
Start of technical installations
Technical installations — including ducts, cabling, piping, drainage and heating systems — will also begin in June, progressively bringing the building’s infrastructure to life.
