Contribution
- 1.1% of the gross monthly salary, up to CHF 12,350/month (i.e., CHF 148,200/year).
→ This contribution is automatically deducted from the salary and shared equally between the employee and the employer.
Eligibility Conditions
- Be employed in Switzerland
- Have worked at least 12 months within the last 2 years
- Be fit to work and actively seeking employment
