Rooms and other venues often need to be set up in a specific way to accommodate an event, and this must be done in compliance with safety and security norms. To help you do this, we have developed a series of standard set-up plans that have been approved by EPFL’s safety and security team. You must use one of the standard plans given here and attach your completed plan to the request you send in via the Events form.
These plans are designed to ensure the safety and security of all participants while making full use of the available space. Plans may only be personalized by removing any items not needed for an event. You cannot add any additional furniture or move existing furniture around.
