The role of the treasury is to ensure the accounting and integrity of the association’s accounts. It is responsible for the authorization of expenditure, based on the annual budgets, and for their recording and eventual reimbursements. She must manage her position in an auditable manner, according to widely used standards, and possibly create documents enabling her to achieve this goal. It must also produce and present its balance sheet at the end of its mandate at the General Assembly.
