PhD positions
All PhD positions are in experimental condensed matter physics and will be hosted at the Physics doctoral school at the EPFL.
- (Closed) May 2021: PhD in measurement of the time scale of fundamental quantum mechanical processes. The aim of the project is to determine the fundamental time scale of the photoemission process, as an example of a quantum mechanical process. It will be of particular interest to measure how this time scale, which is of the order of tens of attoseconds, depends on correlation effects.
