Renovation of roofs and terraces CM

Renovation work on the roofs and terraces of the CM building will take place near the FoodLab. This work is part of the maintenance and preservation of the infrastructure.

Schedule

July 7, 2025, to the end of December 2025 (first phase)

This work aims to repair the roof waterproofing, contributing to the sustainability of the buildings and the comfort of users.

Areas affected

  • CM level 02: walkways and terrace.
  • CM level 03: roof (FoodLab and Satellite).

Traffic and access

  • Closure of the east-west passage via the CM level 02 walkways for the duration of the work.
  • Pedestrian traffic will be restricted to the lower floors.
  • The doors on levels GR 0, GR 1, GC 0 and GC 1 will remain open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Access to the restaurants and the Satellite bar will be guaranteed throughout the duration of the work.

Possible inconveniences

Noisy works are planned for the period July-August 2025.
