Lecture Halls and Classrooms

Campus lecture halls and classrooms are designed for autonomous use.
A control solution (touchscreen, push button, or remote control) allows you to operate all equipment.

Upon request, SAVE can provide technical assistance before your first class to guide you on how to use the room and its audiovisual equipment.

Classrooms are not equipped with computers; each user must bring their own laptop with an HDMI video output and any necessary adapters.

Please note that we do not lend IT peripherals such as mice, keyboards, pointers, USB drives, USB–HDMI adapters, etc.
For these items, please contact your local IT service or the Helpdesk [email protected]

Depending on the room, you may need an auditorium key and/or a cabinet key for the microphone and/or remote control.

The auditorium key, available from the concierges, allows you to activate and access the auditorium control (touch screen).

The cabinet key, available from SAVE, gives you access to the microphones in larger auditoriums and to the video projector remote control in smaller rooms.

Some auditoriums are equipped with a USB cable enabling you to connect the auditorium’s camera and microphones to your computer for web conferencing with software such as Zoom, Teams or others.

For automatic recording of lessons, special equipment is installed in some auditoriums, enabling you to record your lessons and broadcast them live. For more information:
