We lend audiovisual equipment to EPFL services, faculties, and associations. Equipment is not directly lent to students. However, students can submit a “Loan Request”, which must be accompanied by email confirmation from a professor or an official EPFL service, responsible for covering any damage or theft.
Loaned equipment is intended only for events organized on campus; we do not lend equipment for use off EPFL premises.
Exceptionally, and only for courses, retreats, or external seminars, special authorization may be granted for off-campus use.
Loan service opening hours during the academic period:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Outside the academic period: by appointment only
