Currently, we do not have specific PhD positions openings, but this can change quickly.
To be eligible for a PhD position in our lab (and any lab at EPFL in general), you need to be enrolled in one of the EPFL doctoral school programs. This is an independant application process and the best way to get on our radar. When a new PhD position opens in the lab, we first go the pool of candidates who are already accepted by a doctoral program and who listed our lab as a potential host. So if you are interested, do not hesitate to submit your application at any time, even if we do not have a posting out right now.
We suggest that you apply to the Doctoral Program in Mechanics (EDME).
We are also open to support motivated students who are interested to apply for Swiss government excellence scholarships for foreign scholars or for a Marie Curie fellowship. If you think that you would be an excellent candidate for the scholarship or the fellowship and that we would be your ideal host, please get in touch!
We continuously offer opportunities for motivated students from EPFL and outside to conduct a bachelor, semester, or master project in our lab. For more information on student projects, please check here.
