Catalytic enantioselective transformations

In this area of research, we seek to identify reactions of significant synthetic importance whose catalytic enantioselective version is currently unknown or only of limited application scope/efficiency. In searching for solutions to these problems, we are not confined to a particular family of catalysis. Instead, we will explore any available toolkits that sounds reasonable on the basis of our working hypothesis and of course, on the basis of serendipities.
