Laboratory of Biological Electron Microscopy

The structure of Urease at <2Å resolution, determined by cryo-electron microscopy and computer image processing. For more information, visit https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.04.28.065599

We use high-resolution cryo-electron microscopy to study neurodegeneration and membrane protein systems. And we develop novel imaging technology in the areas of electron microscopy hardware and applications, sample preparation, data collection schemes, and data analysis software systems.
