MyBreak Wellbeing

Every week, free 30-minute sessions are offered on the EPFL campus to all members of the EPFL community to promote relaxation and the practice of physical activity in daily life.

Registration

MyBreak Outdoor Training

30 minutes of physical activity every Thursday from 12.30 to 1 PM and from 1 PM to 1.30 PM on Place Cosandey near Forum Rolex.

MyBreak Mindfulness

30 minutes of guided meditation every Tuesday from 12:30 to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM in room CH B2 355 or online (via Zoom link)
