Located on the EPFL campus, Archizoom develops an exhibition programme where architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering and the humanities engage in dialogue. Rooted in research and interweaving theory with sensory experience, this space invites the public to cast a critical and engaged eye on our built culture.

Since 2026, the Archives de la construction moderne (ACM) and Archizoom at EPFL join forces. Plans, sketches, correspondence, and photographs are being taken out of storage so that everyone can draw inspiration from them and engage with them. Because the past informs the future: yesterday’s projects shed light on today’s issues. By making these material testimonies to architectural thought visible, ACM affirms the fundamental role of archives in understanding our contemporary world.
