Computational Imaging-based Spatial Biology Workshop

This one-day workshop focuses on the computational aspects of modern imaging-based spatial biology methods, specifically addressing data management, transcript detection as well as gene decoding and interpretation. The workshop will focus primarily on imaging-based, multiplexed ISS techniques (such as HybISS or Xenium) and will feature plenary talks from international leaders in the fields and presentations from the local community.

The meeting is designed to foster knowledge-sharing and networking among researchers within the field but also to introduce newcomers to the technology. It is thought of as an informal gathering where we will share our latest results through posters and presentations and discuss exciting new avenues and challenges in our field. In the registration form (below), you will have the option to submit an abstract for a poster/talk contribution. Registered participants will be offered a catered lunch and coffee.
