Laboratory of Sensory Processing

The Laboratory of Sensory Processing aims for a causal and mechanistic understanding of sensory perception and associative learning at the level of individual neurons and their synaptic interactions within the complex neuronal networks of the mammalian brain.

Current experiments investigate the mechanisms underlying reward-based learning and context-dependent sensory perception in mice.
