Biography
My name is Diyuan Wu and I am a visiting PhD student from the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA). I started my PhD in fall 2022, working with Professor Marco Mondelli. Prior to my PhD study, I received a master degree from EPFL, Lausanne, Switzerland in 2022, and a Bachelor Degree from UESTC, Chengdu, China in 2019. My research works aim to: (1) theoretically understand experimental phenomena in deep learning and (2) use theoretical insights to improve practical utility and efficiency.
