The Doctoral School of EPFL organizes every year a PhD Welcome event open to all first-year PhD candidates at EPFL.
In 2026 it will take place on Thursday November 5th at the Rolex Learning Center on the Lausanne campus.
All EPFL PhD candidates enrolled since December 2025 will be invited to register.
