The Housing Information has a priority to inform and welcome students and PhD students, and help them find housing.

- Increase the housing offer in Lausanne and surrounding areas
- Ensure the continued availability of housing from private and institutional landlords
- Gain the trust of private and institutional landlords
- Adapt rental requirements for students
