Apprenticeship position

The EPFL Library is a training institution offering an apprenticeship position for an Agent·e en information documentaire (AID).
Student assistant recruitments
We are no longer accepting applications for the spring semester 2026.
The Library recruits student assistants for each semester.
These positions are reserved for students (EPFL, UNIL, HES, etc.).
The contracts last 6 months and can be renewed.

- from May to July for the fall semester

Missions :
- Attendance in the evenings from Monday to Friday
- Attendance on weekends and holidays
- Welcome, guide, and provide information to users at the desks
- Participate in the activities and projects of the Information and User Assistance team
- Attendance from Monday to Friday during the day (schedule to be agreed upon)
- Shelve the documents
- Check the condition of the collections on the shelves
- Participate in the activities and projects of the Document Delivery team
Internships and Bachelor’s/Master’s dissertations
There are currently no internship places available.
This year, we do not suggest any subject for the Bachelor’s/Master’s dissertations. Do not hesitate to send your topics suggestions to the people concerned.
