Du « film structurel » et du cinéma « structurel-matérialiste »: le médium est le message, ou faudrait-il au contraire parler d’intermedia?
François Bovier is a research fellow at the Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne (ECAL) and a lecturer and researcher at the Section d’histoire et esthétique du cinéma at the University of Lausanne (UNIL). He is the co-founder of the film review Décadrages and co-publisher of the PlanSécant collection. He is the author of H. D. et le groupe Pool : des avant-gardes littéraires au cinéma “visionnaire” and has published numerous articles on experimental cinema, artists’ films, militant cinema and video art in specialized magazines and collective works. He is also an independent curator, particularly in the field of the moving image.
