Design of advanced testing setups and instrumentation

Loading frame conception, sensors installation, DIC and optical fibers integration are part of the expertise that the GIS platform can provide to assist researchers in their experimental projects.

On-site measurements

The GIS team can also provide on-site measurements using strain gages or optical fibers for continuous monitoring or punctual testing.

Machining

We know that flexibility is key to success. The GIS is therefore equipped with its own machining center run by a team of qualified technicians.

Workshops include : conventional tour and milling machines, 3-axis milling machines, 5-axis wood machine, waterjet cutting machine and more.
