New price list published on 3rd of November 2025, available here.
In short:
- Further decrease of aviti and NovaSeq prices. Announcement of aviti24 with up to 50% higher yield, and of a soon-to-arrive cheaper solution for larger projects.
- Strong decrease of 10XG FLEX prices.
- Decrease of 10XG 3’GE v4 and multiome prices.
- Decrease of RNA-seq library prep prices.
As a reminder, previous updates of 2025 brought:
- Further strong decrease of NovaSeq prices.
- Further decrease of RNA-seq preps.
- Strong decrease of 10XG “on-chip multiplexing” prices; Addition of 12-samples option for 10XG FLEX.
- Further decrease of Visium prices.
- Addition of Oxford Nanopore direct RNA service.
- Addition of i.dot and c.wash & f.sight services.
- Major decrease of NovaSeq prices.
- Decrease of RNA-seq and DNA-seq preps, and switch to Watchmaker.

And the updates of 2024 brought:
- NGS: Decrease of NovaSeq prices. Addition of Aviti.
- Libraries: new better “SMART-seq Total Pico with UMIs” method instead of the older “SMARTer pico v3”.
- 10X Genomics: Addition of totalseq multiplexing options. New FLEX version and prices adjustements. Addition of Visium HD, scATAC-seq, and scRNA-seq 3’GE v4; Labour now included in 10XG prices.
- Oxford Nanopore: Flongle runs now sold by packages of 2 runs to be done within 3 months.
