New price list published on 15th of February 2026, available here.
In short:
- NGS: Aviti24 increased yield. New cheaper MiSeq, with new PE500 option (1’000 cycles)!
- Single cell: new prices for FLEX v2 and possibility to run any number of samples.
As a reminder, previous updates of 2025 brought:
- Strong decrease of aviti and NovaSeq prices. Announcement of a soon-to-arrive cheaper solution for larger projects.
- Strong decrease of 10XG FLEX prices.
- Decrease of 10XG 3’GE v4 and multiome prices.
- Strong decrease of 10XG “on-chip multiplexing” prices.
- Addition of Oxford Nanopore direct RNA service.
- Addition of i.dot and c.wash & f.sight services.
- Decrease of RNA-seq and DNA-seq preps, and switch to Watchmaker.
- Decrease of Visium prices. Addition of VisiumHD polyA.
- Addition of FLASH-seq service.
And the updates of 2024 brought:
- NGS: Decrease of NovaSeq prices. Addition of Aviti.
- Libraries: new better “SMART-seq Total Pico with UMIs” method instead of the older “SMARTer pico v3”.
- 10X Genomics: Addition of totalseq multiplexing options. New FLEX version and prices adjustements. Addition of Visium HD, scATAC-seq, and scRNA-seq 3’GE v4; Labour now included in 10XG prices.
