The GECF offers access to a broad range of services in the NGS/transcriptomics/genomics field, including short reads sequencing on diverse Illumina sequencers (MiSeq, NovaSeq) or on an Aviti24 sequencer, long-read sequencing on Oxford Nanopore MinION or PromethION sequencers, and associated library prep options.
