Karthaus Lab – Endocrine Therapy Resistance and Molecular Genetics

The Karthaus lab focuses on understanding the normal biology and cancer biology of steroid hormone regulated organs, such as the prostate, mammary gland and endometrium. We use a multidisciplinary approach, combining organoid cultures, mouse models, genomics and single cell techniques to answer complex biological questions.
