Dr. Fabio Bersano received the EPFL Microsystems & Microelectronics Doctoral Program 2025 Thesis Distinction for his dissertation titled “Electron Spin Qubit Architectures on Fully Depleted Silicon-On-Insulator Substrates for Scalable Quantum Computing .”

Ali Gilani was awarded the second place for the Best Paper Award at IEEE BioSensors 2024, held in Cambridge-UK, for the work Aptamer-Decorated Graphene Channel Array with Liquid-Gating for Sensing Cortisol Stress Hormone.

Professor Adrian M. Ionescu was awarded the title of Doctor Honoris Causa from the Politehnica University of Bucharest, Romania.
